Furthermore, the straps can be awkward to put around the child and snap in, as there isn't access to one in the back to help pull them into position. The straps can be flimsy and require a lot of work to adjust - especially when your child is wearing a heavy jacket. Adjusting the position of the straps found in between the child's legs can be used to resolve issues like this. Moreover, the straps don't extend far enough to adjust, meaning that they can cause discomfort for children with chubby legs. Not only are they extremely thin and easily tangled, but the buckles at the bottom are large, hard plastic pieces that can dig into a baby's legs. The Evenflo Gold Revolve 360 car seat has some serious flaws when it comes to the straps. The lack of an airline-approved option is an unfortunate oversight, as it limits the range of options for parents who want to travel with their car seat. This means that you will need to check the car seat in as separate luggage, adding another layer of complexity to the travel experience.
